Very strategic in the heart of Kuantan. Walking distance to many attractions - padang MBK/Masjid Negeri, Kula Cakes, Art Street, Esplanade, etc. We love it so much for that. Across/beside the hotel is a food court - offered so many choices. Parking provided for the guest infront of hotels' lobby. Lift, iron, iron board, fridge were excellent facilities provided by the hotel. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For my case, the staffs were helpful regarding my booking problem - prompt and quick action. Very thankful

The housekeeping staff was so polite n friendly. The location was great . just beside the malay food court. the satay was yummy.. No complaints about the room. it was super awesome n value the money. Parking space was also available n free for the hotel guests.

Front desk staff is friendly. The triple room is spacious with window, clean and tidy, bed is comfort, attached with dry and wet separated bathroom, water heater works well, towel, hairdryer, kettle also provided. Designated free parking space for room guest, convenient location, few mins walk to the art street and Kuantan esplanade.

all of the things here is in my expectation because I always book this hotel whenever I need to do outstation at Kuantan. But need to book earlier if you want a good room, if not the room will not available. this is my 4 times staying here. Always the best.

I traveled with my 2 sisters and their family, there are 6 of us. We booked 2 rooms and we arrived quite late. But the front desk staff and the cleaning lady are really helpful. The good thing is there is an eating place like a food court just outside the hotel. It helps when we are just too tired after touring Kuantan during the day that we have the option to just have our dinner outside the hotel. It was my first time in Kuantan, but if you are staying here, you can go to places by using Grab, or if you are fit, most places are within walking distance actually.

strategic location, food stalls within walking distance within a minute. Easy to park a car in fencing area and safety. Walking distance to Kuantan Tower and town council park. Good front counter service. Water dispenser ready at lobby area.

1. Fast check-in service. 2. Great staff. 3. Convenience parking space even though the hotel located at the end of a shoplot. (But limited) 4. Clean. 5. Variety of dining spot few steps away from hotel. 6. Spacious bathroom.

Rooms are clean. Cudos to the HSKP Team. Well done. We slept comfortably. Bathroom spacious. Might want to consider to lock the window as it is dangerous for families with kids
